§ About this work

The work opens at Chapter V with Isaiah 1:4, "Woe unto the sinful nation," reasoning on HVI, "woe," as a separated form of the name, and describing seven paths through partial writings of the Tetragrammaton and letter combinations denoting Adam, male and female, the "corrupt children." On "In the beginning created," BRAShITh is speech and BRA speech halved, signifying Father and Son, hidden and manifest, with the superior Eden concealed and the inferior manifested. IHVH, ALHIM, ATh, HShMIM, VATh, and HARTz are correlated with father, mother, ADNI and AHIH, beauty, victory, foundation, and the queen; the firmament divides Holy Place from Holy of Holies. The Most Ancient One expands into Microprosopus under five divisions of waters, distinguished perfect and imperfect. On Genesis 6:3 the Ancient One speaks occultly, the spirit issues from Macroprosopus's nostrils, and Yod yields a hundred and twenty years. On the giants, division into four heads follows; giants remain until Joshua, the sons of the Elohim until Solomon, whom the Tetragrammaton gives wisdom through the supernal He. The "men of the name" are shut out from man. Thirteen kings war with seven, five flee before four, four slay four; seven channels testify; the mitigated tree, the leaping serpent changed by Metatron, and Enoch becoming Metatron are described, with three houses of judgment that are four. The second part commands against iniquity in judgment, dimension, weight, and measure, distinguishing kinds of judgment; equates Beshegam with Moses; cites Moses' shining face, tunics of skin, Samuel's horn of oil, and the horn of jubilee restoring spirit; and closes blessing whoever enters the Book of Concealed Mystery.

Part 1

Chapter V opens with Isaiah 1:4, "Woe unto the sinful nation," where the author reasons on the word HVI, "woe," a form of the name, separated from what follows. The seven paths are described through partial writings of the Tetragrammaton and letter combinations denoting Adam, male and female, the "corrupt children." On "In the beginning created," BRAShITh is speech and BRA speech halved, signifying Father and Son, hidden and manifest. The superior Eden is concealed, the inferior comes forth manifested. IHVH includes IH (father) and ALHIM (mother); ATh signifies ADNI and AHIH, right and left united. HShMIM and VATh are beauty and victory; HARTz the queen joined with glory and foundation. The firmament divides Holy Place from Holy of Holies. The Most Ancient One expands into Microprosopus, crowned with lesser crowns under five divisions of waters. Living waters and Elohim Chiim pertain to understanding. Waters are distinguished perfect and imperfect. On Genesis 6:3, the Ancient One speaks occultly; the spirit issues from Macroprosopus's nostrils; Yod is perfect or imperfect, yielding a hundred and twenty years, increased into ten thousands. On the giants, HIV rises from the kingdom, and division into four heads is discussed. Giants remain until Joshua; sons of the Elohim guarded until Solomon joined the daughters of men. The Tetragrammaton gave him wisdom through the supernal He. Powerful spirits from eternity are the "men of the name," who exercised in the Holy Name, not holiness; called "men of the name," not "men of the Tetragrammaton," they are shut out from the conception of man, per Psalm 49:12. Thirteen kings war with seven; five kings flee before four; four kings slay four. Seven channels are set apart and testify. The mitigated tree, with two paths, seven columns, and four splendours, is described. The serpent leaps three hundred seventy leaps, holding its tail, changed by Metatron into three spirits. Enoch becomes Metatron, the boy, taken by the Elohim. Three houses of judgment are given, which are four.

Part 2

Section 35 cites the command against iniquity in judgment, dimension, weight, and measure. Section 37 distinguishes rigorous judgment, judgment by balance, and one of neither nature. Genesis is quoted on man multiplying, with Beshegam equated to Moses; then Exodus on Moses' shining face and Genesis on tunics of skin. Samuel takes the horn of oil; Psalms and Joshua on the horn of jubilee follow. The horn restores spirit; "Ah Tetragrammaton Elohim!" and Isaiah are cited. Section 44 closes, blessing whoever enters the Book of Concealed Mystery.
